In order to meet our goals, we exclusively sell quality products, which are subject to a fair price / performance ratio.
You will also be served by professional staff, who will advise you individually.

Our warranty and service includes:

6 months Compatibility warranty:
This compatibility guarantee applies to all glasses, in particular to aspherical glasses, indoor glasses and multifocal lenses.
1 year Glass replacement warranty
You will receive a free replacement if your glasses break during the first year. The replacement will be done once. The frame is not covered.
2 years warranty
Eyeglass frames: Material defects by normal use are exchanged free of charge (except sales glasses).
Glasses: guarantee on all coating layers when the layer is peeled off. Incorrect cleaning excludes a warranty claim.
2 years Eyeglass Repair:
We repair your glasses for two years free of charge (if technically possible in our lab). Exceptions are made to titanium frames as well as sales frames.
Temporary unrestricted fitting and cleaning service:
This applies to all glasses.
